摘要:为了增大条筒容量、减少换筒频率,开发并条机用条筒容量扩增装置替代传统下圈条盘机械结构,介绍其组成和工作原理;以FA306A型并条机改造为例,分析条筒容量扩增装置的设计方案与相关参数计算;通过试验说明,在不改变条筒直径和高度时,使用该装置可实现圈绕比、偏心距、叠层比、圈绕方向等方面的智能化、数字化调节,容量增大30%~80%,大幅减少条筒周转次数。指出:条筒容量扩增装置稳定可靠,增容效果良好,可减少接头,提高生产效率,降低换筒劳动强度,解决由于人工调整机械结构不当导致齿轮磕碰或间隙不适等问题,保证出条质量。

Storage Capacity Expansion Device of Cans for Drawing Frame

Abstract:In order to increase the capacity of cans and reduce the frequency of changing cans,a storage capacity expansion device of cans is developed to replace the mechanical structure of the traditional lower can coiler in drawing frame,and its composition and working principle are introduced.Taking the modification of the FA306A drawing frame as an example,the design scheme and the calculation of related parameters of the storage capacity expansion device of cans are analyzed.The test shows that,without changing the diameter and height of cans,the storage capacity expansion device of cans can be used to realize the intelligent and digital adjustment of the coiling ratio,eccentricity,lamination ratio,coiling direction and so on,the capacity increases by 30%~80%,and the turnover times of cans can be greatly reduced.It is pointed out that the storage capacity expansion device of cans is stable and reliable,and the capacity increase effect is good.It can reduce the joint,improve the production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of changing cans,solve the problems caused by the improper manual adjustment of the mechanical structure,such as gear bump or gap discomfort,and ensure the sliver quality.
