用精梳落棉和梳棉破网纺OE 19.4 tex纱的生产实践

摘要:为了降低生产成本,详述以50%精梳落棉、43%梳棉破网和7%的328细绒棉为原料,纺OE 19.4 tex纱的工艺流程、各工序工艺配置和质量控制要点;通过在气流纺工序设置不同纺纱捻度和张力,对比分析成纱指标、纱线断头率和筒纱硬度,优选出合适的捻度和张力,使用56%的精梳落棉和45%的梳棉破网成功纺制质量相当的OE 19.4 tex纱。指出:当纺纱捻度为138捻/(10 cm)、张力牙为105齿、引纱与卷绕速比为1.04时,OE 19.4 tex纱成纱质量好,筒纱手感软硬合适,织机效率达到80%以上;在配棉不使用原棉的情况下,其成纱指标和织机效率变化不大;纺气流纺细号纱线,在整经、织机正常生产的前提下捻度应偏大掌握。

Abstract:In order to reduce the production cost,the technological process,each process configuration and quality control points of spinning OE 19.4 tex yarn taking 50% combed noil,43% combed cotton broken web and 7% 328 medium cotton as raw materials are described in detail.By setting different twist and tension in rotor spinning process,and comparing and analyzing the yarn index,yarn end breakage rate and cheese hardness,the appropriate twist and tension are optimized,and OE 19.4 tex yarn of good quality made of 56% combed noil and 43% combed cotton broken web is successfully produced.It is pointed out that when the twist is 138 twist/(10 cm),the tension gear are 105 teeth and the speed ratio between drawing and winding is 1.04,the OE 19.4 tex yarn has good quality,the cheese feels soft and hardness is proper,and the loom efficiency reaches more than 80%.When raw cotton is not used in cotton assorting,the yarn index and loom efficiency have not changed much.Twist of rotor spinning fine yarn should be large under the premise of warping and loom normal production.
