提升热风烘干机能效的实践

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of hot air dryer，such as long drying cycle，low efficiency and high energy consumption，the working principle and current situation of hot air dryer are introduced.Through the improvement of its appearance structure，heater，electric control cabinet，fan control，pressure control，condenser and other deficiencies，adding a variety of energy consumption meters，small condensers and humidity detection devices，optimizing  pressure gas pipeline，installing buffer mesh plate and“λ”type filter，useing warm water about 50 ℃  as cooling water，the drying time is reduced from 90 minutes to 60 minutes，the efficiency is increased by about 30%，the energy consumption of a ton of yarn is saved 235 yuan，and the safety performance is greatly improved.It is pointed out that the modified hot air dryer has enhanced the function of process analysis and tracing，improved the accuracy of pressure control，realized closed-loop management and control，and eliminated the hidden safety hazards.
