作者简介：尹冬冬（1979—），男，江苏启东人，高级工程师，从事梳理器材生产和检测专机开发、弹性针布产品设计和纺织包装及物流相关设备研发。
   
Abstract:In order to improve the quality and efficiency of cheese packaging，an intelligent packaging system for cheese with single yarn weighing module，small bag packaging module and large bag packaging module is developed according to the current situation and process of woven bag packaging of cotton and blended cheese；the structure and action process of the yarn feeding and positioning part，single yarn weighing part，quality screening part，turns-over structure part, small bag packaging part，woven bag preparation part，woven bag bagging part，pushing yarn into bag part and woven bag sewing part are introduced in detail.It is pointed out that the intelligent packaging system has a high degree of automation and modular design of functional components.When the linear speed is 1.5 bales/min，the working efficiency is about twice that of the mainstream equipment，and a single unit can match the daily output of 80 000 spindle mills.
