细纱机油浴式齿轮箱维修实践

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as inconvenient maintenance and low maintenance efficiency of gear shaft of the spinning oil-bath gearbox，according to the structural characteristics of the oil-bath gearbox，special maintenance tools such as dismantling shaft puller tools，guide shaft devices，and bearing installation baffle devices are designed and manufactured.A new maintenance operation method for oil-bath spinning frame is proposed，and the specific steps and precautions of this operation method are described.The practice shows that the dismantling shaft puller tool can improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the material consumption of the machine；the No.9 shaft，the No.10 shaft and the No.11 shaft can be installed successfully with the guide shaft device at one time；the problem of limited operating space for No.1 and No.2 shafts can be solved by using a bearing installation baffle device；the new maintenance operation method of the oil-bath spinning frame improves the maintenance efficiency by 40%，greatly reduces the personnel allocation，wind and cotton consumption and equipment power consumption，and prolongs the service life of machine parts.
