Abstract:In order to improve the yarn quality and avoid the yarn quality fluctuation caused by the poor condition of drafting accessories，the influence of accessories condition on the yarn quality is analyzed，such as the front roller and front cots entangling，no lower apron or lower apron deviation，and lower apron damage.Through the observation and analysis of the spectrum，we can find out the causes of bad evenness and abnormal image，and eliminate the bad spindle.It is pointed out that the running state of the drafting accessories is closely related to the yarn quality，and the spinning accessories should be used properly and effectively，and cleaned，maintained，overhauled and replaced periodically.
