基于磁悬浮技术的圆周引纬机构研究

摘要:针对现有圆周引纬机构及其驱动存在效率低、运行不顺畅等问题,介绍圆周引纬技术发展现状,提出一种新型磁悬浮圆周引纬机构;详述其结构模型与工作原理,采用Ansys Maxwell电磁仿真软件仿真分析引纬机构磁场变化和引纬梭子所受磁场力的变化,并通过实验验证其可行性。指出:新型磁悬浮圆周引纬机构采用永磁体将引纬梭子悬浮在圆周导轨中,驱动机构采用“E”型线圈,通过控制电流方向和大小来控制磁场方向及大小,实现引纬梭子在轨道上的连续圆周运动,从而完成引纬动作;通过实验发现,该机构选用电压为18 V和气隙为5 mm时最为合适;新的引纬机构能提高引纬效率,为提升织机织造效率奠定基础。

Research on Circular Weft Insertion Mechanism Based on Magnetic Levitation Technology

Abstract:In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor operation of the existing circular weft insertion mechanism and its drive,the development status of the circular weft insertion technology is introduced,and a new type of magnetic levitation circular weft insertion mechanism is proposed.The structure model and working principle of the new weft insertion mechanism are described in detail.The magnetic field variation of the weft insertion mechanism and the magnetic field force variation of the shuttle are simulated and analyzed by the electromagnetic simulation software Ansys Maxwell,and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments. It is pointed out that the new circular weft insertion mechanism adopts permanent magnet to suspend the shuttle in the circular guide rail,and the driving mechanism uses “E”coil,and by controlling the direction and magnitude of the current to control the direction and magnitude of the magnetic field,the continuous circular motion of the shuttle on the track can be realized,so as to complete the weft insertion action.Through experiments,it is found that the voltage of 18 V and air gap of 5 mm are most suitable for the mechanism.The new weft insertion mechanism can improve the weft insertion efficiency and lay a foundation for improving the weaving efficiency of loom.
