表面强化高耐磨刺辊金属针布设计原理和应用实践

摘要:为提高刺辊金属针布使用寿命和梳理效果,分析刺辊金属针布梳理特点及不同磨损部位的状态;从材质优选、齿形合理设计、齿体锥齿化处理、齿顶宽优化、热处理工艺优化以及表面强化涂层处理等详述高耐磨刺辊金属针布设计原理;通过不同梳棉机梳理不同纤维实际案例,分析其性能和纺纱效果。表明:纤维对刺辊金属针布齿尖、齿前面、齿侧面、侧棱的摩擦磨损以及化学锈蚀磨损,会导致针布梳理效能下降、使用寿命缩短;高耐磨刺辊金属针布齿条表面光洁,针布耐磨度、锋利度、平整度和淬火均匀度均大幅提升,具有梳理效果好、纤维损伤小、使用寿命长等特点。

Design Principle and Application Practice of Surface Reinforced Taker-in MCC with High Wear-resistance

Abstract:In order to improve the service life and carding effect of taker-in MCC,the carding characteristics and the states of different wear parts of taker-in MCC are analyzed.The design mechanism of taker-in MCC with high wear-resisting is described in detail from the aspects of material optimization,reasonable design of tooth profile,bevel tooth treatment,tooth tip width optimization,heat treatment process optimization and surface enhancement coating treatment.The performance and spinning effect of the taker-in MCC with high wear-resisting are analyzed by taking carding different fibers with different carding machines as examples.The results show that the friction and wear of the fiber on the tip,front,side and edge of taker-in MCC as well as the chemical corrosion wear will lead to the decrease of the combing efficiency and the shortening of the service life of taker-in MCC.High wear-resisting taker-in MCC rack is smooth in surface,wear resistance,sharpness,flatness and quenching uniformity of the taker-in MCC are greatly improved.The taker-in MCC has the characteristics of good carding effect,little fiber damage and long service life.
