差别化纤维用纺纱胶辊的设计与使用

摘要:为了满足纺织机械智能化高速化、纺纱型式多样化,以及适纺品种差异化的需求,浅析胶辊制造技术的研究方向,从新材料、新工艺及过程质量控制方面阐述新产品设计思路与创新实践;重点对WRC-S68型胶辊、WRC-968型铝衬管胶辊、WRC-ZN70型铝衬管胶辊的设计亮点及在不同地域不同主机纺不同品种的使用进行对比。指出:新型纺纱胶辊握持性好,适纺性和抗绕性强,使用寿命长且有利于环境保护,能适用纺纱生产高速化及设备自动化、连续化、智能化水平,更好满足用户对个性化服务的需求;应持续提升设备自动化水平和过程质量控制,确保胶辊产品可靠性、适纺性、稳定性和一致性,满足差别化市场需求。

Design and Use of Spinning Cots for Differential Fiber

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of intelligence and hi-speed of textile machinery,the diversification of spinning types and the differentiation of suitable spinning varieties,the research direction of cot manufacturing technology is analyzed,and the design ideas and innovative practices of new products are expounded from the aspects of new materials,new processes and process quality control.The design highlights and the use in spinning different varieties on different hosts in different regions of the cot WRC-S68,alu-lined cot WRC-968 and WRC-ZN70 are compared.It is pointed out that the new type of cots for spinning has good gripping,spinnability and anti-winding resistance property,and long service life,and is beneficial to environmental protection;the new type of cots for spinning can be suitable for hi-speed spinning production,and automation,continuity and intelligence level of equipments,and can better meet the needs of users for personalized services;the level of equipment automation and process quality control should be continuously improved to ensure the reliability,suitability,stability and consistency of cots,and meet differentiated market needs.
