摘要:为降低喷气织机用压缩空气的消耗,利用新型JAT810型喷气织机节气原理对JAT710型喷气织机用异形筘及管路压力损失等方面进行改造;利用正交试验法,对JAT810型喷气织机的辅喷嘴间距、辅喷嘴角度、主喷嘴气压和辅喷嘴气压进行优化。指出:改造后的JAT710型喷气织机百米气耗降低24.81%,进气端与出气端压力差减小0.02 MPa;找到使用JAT810型喷气织机织造14.58 tex与11.66 tex纬纱,在不同车速时的最优参数,有效节省调整时间及能源成本。

Practice of Energy Saving and Consumption Reducing in Toyota Air-jet Loom

Abstract:In order to reduce the consumption of compressed air used in air-jet loom,the profiled reed,the pressure loss of pipeline and other aspects of air jet loom JAT710 are modified using the gas saving principle of new air-jet loom JAT810.The auxiliary nozzle spacing,auxiliary nozzle angle,main nozzle pressure and auxiliary nozzle pressure of the air-jet loom JAT810 are optimized by orthogonal test.It is pointed out that the air consumption per 100 meters of the air-jet loom JAT710 is reduced by 24.81% after modification,and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet ends is reduced by 0.02 MPa.The optimal parameters for weaving 14.58 tex and 11.66 tex weft with the air-jet loom JAT810 at different speeds are found,which can effectively save adjustment time and energy cost.
