摘要:为提高电子清纱器的性能、促进其技术进步,介绍电子清纱器的创新发展历程,对比分析光电式和电容式两种电子清纱器的优缺点,阐释近代电子清纱器在扩大适应纤维品种,增加异纤、毛羽、错号等功能以及强化网络管理,建立追踪纱疵系统等方面取得的技术进步。指出:当今的电子清纱器已能全面、综合纺纱外观疵点并进行在线检测、清除、监控、分析和统计等,仍应做好使用、管理、维护等工作,并根据质量要求选择适合的电子清纱器;面对国产电子清纱器与国外知名品牌的差距,应加大研发力度。

Analysis on the Innovation and Development of Electronic Yarn Clearer

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of the electronic yarn clearer,and promote technological progress,introduction is done to the innovation and development of the electronic yarn clearer,and comparative analysis is done to the advantages and disadvantages of photoelectric and capacitive electronic yarn clearer.The technological progress of the modern electronic yarn clearer is elaborated in fiber varieties increase,functions with the foreign fiber,hairiness and yarn count error,network management enhancing,and the tracking system of yarn defects.It is pointed out that the electronic yarn clearer realizes online detection,removing,monitoring,analysis and tally up according to the appearance defects synthetically,but it is still necessary to do better in management and maintenance,and select suitable electronic clearer according to the quality requirements.Facing the gap between the domestic electronic yarn clearer and the foreign brands,we should do something in research and development.
