集聚纺纱应用WRC-965型胶辊的实践

摘要:为满足集聚纺纱工艺要求,使纺纱效果更好,介绍集聚纺纱装置用牵伸胶辊和集聚胶辊的作用、要求及WRC-965型胶辊的特点;通过工艺试验和成纱质量指标对比分析,确定WRC-965(24 mm)型胶辊磨砺工艺,阐述做好胶辊精细化管理的具体举措。指出:WRC-965型胶辊是适合集聚纺纱的高性能胶辊,既可以作为牵伸胶辊、又可以作为集聚胶辊;胶辊磨砺机横动速度为350 mm/min、磨砺往复2次、光照时间为55 s、导纱动程为3 mm~5 mm时,该胶辊应用于集聚纺纱的状态稳定,成纱质量指标好,100 km纱疵数稳定;应在周期、直径与摇架压力匹配、制作、导纱动程及日常工作方面做好胶辊精细化管理。

Application Practice of the Cots WRC-965 in Compact Spinning

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of compact spinning process and make the spinning effect better,the functions and requirements of drafting cots and compact spinning cots for compact spinning device and the characteristics of the cots WRC-965 are introduced.The grinding process of the cots WRC-965(24 mm) is determined through the spinning process tests and the comparison analysis of yarn quality index,and the specific measures for fine management of cots are described.It is pointed out that the cots WRC-965 are high performance cots suitable for compact spinning,which can be used as both drafting cots and compact spinning cots.When the transverse speed of the cots grinder is 350 mm/min,the grinding is repeated twice,the illumination time is 55 second,and the yarn guiding travel is 3 mm~5 mm,the cots used in compact spinning can make the state of compact spinning stable,the yarn quality index good,and the yarn defect number of 100 km stable.The fine management of the cots should be done in the aspects of cycle,diameter and cradle pressure matching,manufacture,yarn guiding travel and daily work.
