Abstract:In order to avoid improper selection of travelers affecting product quality,production efficiency and delivery schedule,the selection procedure of travelers for spinning differential yarn is put forward.The importance of reasonable selection of travelers in producing differential yarn is analyzed,and the selection requirements of travelers for spinning different varieties of differential yarn according to the characteristics of differential fibers are discussed.Combining with the production practice,it is shown that the selection of travelers has a great influence on the product quality and life state,so it is necessary to carefully select and pay attention to the management of seriation and periodization of travelers.
