摘要:针对100%细绒棉纺C 9.7 tex纱存在成纱条干差、棉结多、强力低等问题,从原料选配、工艺流程及工艺控制等阐述在纺纱全流程开展技术攻关的实践,即:清花工序减少打击、多排杂质、提高运转率;梳棉工序校准隔距、增大负压、优选新针布机台;并粗工序合理分配牵伸倍数;细纱工序使用压力棒隔距块,对胶辊进行紫外线光照处理,适当增加捻度;络筒工序采用低速度、小张力工艺配置。指出:原料是基础,梳棉是关键,并条工序采用顺牵伸工艺原则合理分配牵伸倍数,细纱工序要优选纺织器材,改善成纱条干、降低节结、增加强力,成纱质量明显改善并达到GB/T 398—2018优等水平。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in 100% fine cotton spinning C 9.7 tex yarn,such as poor evenness quality,too many knots and low strength of yarn,the practice of technical research in the whole spinning process is described from the aspects of raw material selection,process flow and process control,including:the blowing process can reduce the blow,discharge more impurities and improve the operation;in the carding process,the gauge should be calibrated,the negative pressure should be increased,and the new card clothing machine should be optimized;the drawing ratio should be allocated reasonably in the drawing and roving processes;pressure bar spacers should be use in the spinning process,the cots should be treated with UV light,twist should be increased appropriately in the spinning process;low speed,low tension technology configuration are adopted in winding process.It is pointed out that raw material is the foundation,cotton carding is the key,the drawing process adopts the principle of forward drafting process and reasonable drafting multiple distribution,and the spinning process should select the textile accessories,improve the yarn evenness,reduce the knots and increase the strength,and the yarn quality can be significantly improved and reached the excellent level of GB/T 398-2018.
