扁丝机筒子架使用机理与功能分析

Abstract:In order to use the flat filament machine creel reasonably，the structure and operation mechanism of the creel are introduced，and the control principle,as well as function and application of the motor are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that in the process of warping，the function of separating yarn of sectional warper is to use cylinder force as damping to increase the resistance of rotating cheese，so that the mother yarn on the cheese is divided through the holes on the porcelain eye plate，and then sent to the warp shaft through the yarn collecting plate；in the process of separating yarn，the cylinder force acting as the damping air pressure is unstable and uncontrollable，which easily leads to the tension of cheese instability and breaks the yarn in the warping process；the cylinder force is small, so that the cheese speed is small，the warping efficiency is low，and because of its universality is not strong, the cheese diameter on the creel is required to be the same.If the difference of the cheese diameter is large, the yarn tension is not consistent， resulting in yarn breaking.
