采用数控磨针机加工微型冲头

摘要:为解决微型冲头因材质特殊、精度高、加工难度大且依赖人工的问题,介绍微型冲头的分类、材质、结构和加工发展过程;阐述采用数控磨针机加工微型冲头的方法,以加工PY8654000.09型喷丝头所用三道冲头为例,分析0.09 mm三道冲头磨削步骤及检测数据。指出:采用数控磨针机加工微型冲头,可实现冲头加工自动化,满足微型冲头高精度和高效率的加工需求;冲头表面粗糙度Ra值可达到0.1 μm,外形平整、表面光滑,外观质量和合格率相比手工加工大幅提高,有效保证喷丝微孔的孔形及尺寸公差。

Machining Micro Punch with the CNC Needle Grinder

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the micro punch depends on manual processing because of special material,high precision and difficulty in processing,the classification,material,structure and processing development process of the micro punch are introduced.The method of machining micro punch with the CNC needle grinder is described,and the grinding steps and testing data of the three-pass punch of0.09 mm are analyzed taking the three-pass punch for machining the spinneret PY86-5400-0.09 as an example.It is pointed out that machining micro punch with CNC needle grinder can realize the automatic punch processing,and meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency of the micro punch processing;the punch surface roughness Ra value can reach 0.1 μm,so the surface of the micro punch can be smooth,and the appearance quality and qualified rate of the micro punch can be greatly improve than that of manual processing,and effectively guarantee the shape and size tolerance of the spinneret micropore.
