摘要:为了在线监控产品质量时充分发挥洛菲ZENIT电清通道清纱、分级清纱及报警清纱功能,介绍清纱工艺参数分类,ZENIT电清对NSLT纱疵、捻接纱疵、纱疵群通道以及纱号变异的清纱工艺参数的设置,以及NSLT纱疵、捻接纱疵和异纤的分级清纱工艺参数的设置路径和原则;探讨通道清纱和分级清纱的关系,并结合二者清纱实例,分析清纱曲线下方有被切除疵点数据的原因。指出:洛菲电清各清纱通道之间存在一定关联,是完整的控制系统,设置清纱通道时应领悟参数的意义和门限,统筹考虑以保证各通道之间的协调性以充分发挥其功能;合理设置分级清纱工艺参数,配合参数检测及纱线质量控制,可确保在相对较低切除率时有效降低有害疵点数量,提高布面质量。

Discussion on the Parameter Setting of Electronic Clearer ZENIT

Abstract:In order to give full play to the function of the channel clearing,grading clearing and alarm clearing of the Loepfe electronic clearer ZENIT when the product quality are monitored online,the classification of clearing processing parameters,the setting path and principle of the channel clearing process parameters of ZENIT for the NSLT yarn defects,splicing defects,defects group,and channel and the variation of yarn count,and the grading clearing process parameters of NSLT yarn defects,splicing defects and foreign fiber are introduced.The relationship between channel clearing and grading clearing is discussed,and combining with the examples of clearing,the reasons for the data of cutting defects under the clearing curve is analyzed.It is pointed out that there is a certain correlation between each clearing channel of Loepfe electronic clearer,which is a complete control system.The meaning and threshold of parameters should be understood when setting yarn clearing channel,and make overall consideration to ensure the coordination of each channel and give full play to its functions.Reasonable setting the process parameters of grading clearing and coordination with parameter detection and yarn quality control,it can ensure reducing the number of harmful defects and improving the fabric quality effectively under the condition of relatively low cutting rate.
