浅析针织用细号纱疵点控制

摘要：为有效减少针织用细号纱的疵点以提升成纱和针织产品质量，阐述生产针织用细号纱对棉花、半制品质量的要求及产生疵点的类型、原因和控制方法。指出：针织用细号纱的要求高，疵点种类比机织用纱多且难控制；生产中的棉花质量、混配棉接替质量应按照规范、标准操作，应严格控制关键纺纱工序和关键纺纱器材，确保将各类疵点防范于未然。

Analysis on Defects Control of Fine Count Yarn for Knitting

Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the defects of fine count yarn for knitting and improve the quality of yarn and knitted products,the requirements for cotton and semi-finished products’ quality for producing fine count yarn for knitting,and the types,causes and control methods of defects are  described.It is pointed out that the requirements of fine count yarn for knitting are high,and the types of defects are more than weaving yarn and difficult to  control.In the production process,the cotton quality and the replacement quality of cotton blending and assorting should be operated according to the specifications and standards,and the key spinning process and accessories should be strictly controlled to ensure that all kinds of defects are prevented.
