自调匀整并条机在线检测波谱图的分析与启示

为探讨JWF1312型自调匀整并条机在线检测波谱图在质量监控过程中的作用,以实例介绍在线与离线波谱图的异同点,分析波谱形态,根据JWF1312型并条机故障产生的机械波波长探讨故障原因及解决

摘要:为探讨JWF1312型自调匀整并条机在线检测波谱图在质量监控过程中的作用,以实例介绍在线与离线波谱图的异同点,分析波谱形态,根据JWF1312型并条机故障产生的机械波波长探讨故障原因及解决办法,通过对比条子在线与离线检测波谱图提出8点启示。指出:在线检测为全数检测,对产品质量无破坏、不影响生产效率和产品制成率,可随时监测质量波动、发现质量隐患,是较好的质量监控工具;根据波谱图形态分析,判定非正弦非对称周期性疵点是因与须条运行速度相关的转动部件圆跳动、顿挫或表面损伤、粘附杂物所致,故障位置在后罗拉相关部位及须条喂入系统,检查发现凹凸罗拉清洁条的条匙簧损坏导致弹性不足是产生故障的原因;离线检测可以辅助判断机械波的特征和成因,故在线检测无法完全取代离线检测。

Abstract:In order to discuss the function of on-line detection spectrogram of the autoleveller drawing frame JWF1312 in the process of quality control,the similarities and differences between the on-line and off-line spectrograms are introduced with examples,and the spectral forms are analyzed.The causes of the faults and solutions are discussed according to the mechanical wave length of the drawing frame JWF1312,eight inspirations are put forward by comparing the spectrogram of on-line and off-line detection of slivers.It is pointed out that the on-line detection is full detection,which has no damage to product quality,production efficiency and the rate of finished products,can monitor the quality fluctuation at any time and finds quality hidden dangers,so it is a better quality monitoring tool.According to the spectrogram morphology analysis,it is determined that the non-sinusoidal and asymmetric periodic defects are caused by the circular runout,stumbling or surface damage,and debris adhesion of the rotating parts related to the running speed of slivers,the position of the failure occurred in the relevant parts of the rear roller and the feeding system of the sliver,it is found out that the cause of the failure is the spring of the cleaning strip of the concave convex roller is damaged and the elasticity is insufficient.Off-line detection can help to judge the characteristics and causes of mechanical waves,so on-line detection can not completely replace off-line detection.·165··166·
