摘要:为减少纱线毛羽,介绍赛络集聚纺纱技术的优势和斜位纺纱技术机理,基于纺纱三角区形态变化,以纯棉400 tex粗纱纺16 tex纱的工艺参数及试验步骤为例,在棉纺环锭细纱机上采用右斜、垂直、左斜3种纺纱方式进行试纺;测试对比3种纺纱方式的成纱条干、毛羽及断裂强度,分析斜位纺纱的技术要点及其对赛络纺棉纱质量的影响,并反思试纺结果。表明:右斜纺纱的纱线条干均匀度最好、毛羽最少;垂直纺纱的断裂强力最大,右斜和左斜纺纱均影响成纱强力;试纺条件所限,斜位纺纱时吸棉笛管孔位置、纺纱截面尺寸及试纺温湿度变化会导致成纱性能不稳定,生产中应关注笛管、导纱钩及钢丝圈的选配;未来的斜位纺纱发展方向应能实现以纱号及品种决定错位量的精确调节。

Effect of the Oblique Spinning on the Quality of Siro Spinning Cotton Yarn

Abstract:In order to reduce yarn hairiness,the advantages of siro compact spinning technique and the mechanism of oblique spinning technique are introduced.Based on the shape change of spinning triangle area,the process parameters and test steps of pure cotton 400 tex roving spinning 16 tex yarn are taken as an example,and three spinning methods such as the right oblique,the vertical and the left oblique are used on the ring spinning frame.Through testing and comparing the yarn evenness,hairiness and breaking strength of the three spinning methods,the technical key points of oblique spinning and its influence on the quality of siro cotton yarn are analyzed,and the results of trial spinning are reflected.The results show that the yarn with the right oblique spinning has the best evenness and the least hairiness.The breaking strength of the vertical spinning is the largest,and the strength of yarns is affected by the right and left oblique spinning.Due to the limitation of trial spinning conditions,the yarn performance is not stable due to the position of cotton suction pipe hole,spinning section size and temperature and humidity variation of trial spinning with oblique spinning.Attention should be paid to the selection of suction pipe,yarn guide hook and traveler in production.In the future,the development direction of the oblique spinning should be able to accurately adjust the amount of dislocation determined by yarn size and variety.
