涡流纺粘胶纱用梳理针布优选实践

摘要:为了提高涡流纺粘胶纱成纱质量,介绍涡流纺粘胶纱特点及其梳理用针布选配原则;简述涡流纺粘胶纱梳理工艺流程及VORTEX 870型涡流纺纱机主要工艺参数;对比分析了VORTEX 870型涡流纺机纺R 19.5 tex~R 9.8 tex品种时,梳棉机使用不同型号针布的出条速度、切疵和效率,并对针布进行优选。指出:选用适度齿密的直齿锡林针布,配套MCH45型、MCH52(78°)型横向加密弹性盖板针布、直齿横纹道夫针布,薄齿大齿距刺辊针布和矮浅、加密固定齿条盖板针布,能够提高涡流纺粘胶纱梳理效率,改善涡流纺粘胶纱质量。

Optimization Practice of Carding Clothing for Vortex Viscose Yarn

Abstract:In order to improve the yarn quality of vortex viscose yarn,introduction is made to the characteristics of vortex viscose yarn and the selection principle of carding clothing.The carding process flow of vortex viscose yarn and the main process parameters of vortex spinning frame VORTEX 870 are described.The outlet velocity,cutting defects and efficiency of different types of card clothing when the yarn R 19.5 tex~R 9.8 tex are spun on the vortex spinning frame VORTEX 870 are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the carding efficiency and the quality of vortex viscose yarn can be improved by selecting appropriate density of straight teeth of cylinder MCC,matching elastic flat clothing MCH45 or MCH52(78°)with increased transverse tooth density,straight teeth doffer clothing with horizontal-stripe,licker-in clothing with thin teeth and large pitch,and stationary wired flat clothing with short and shallow and high density.
