摘要:为了提高HFJ型集聚纺纱装置的使用效果,延长其输出胶辊使用寿命,介绍其牵伸胶辊和输出胶辊的功能,重点阐述输出胶辊硬度和直径要求;对比分析HFJ506型集聚棉纺环锭细纱机上不同材质、硬度和直径规格输出胶辊试纺色纱的质量指标,并以数理统计方法判定试验方案的差异性。结果表明:输出胶辊的硬度和直径对成纱质量无显著影响,无导纱动程集聚纺纱可拓宽输出胶辊的选择范围,其直径为26 mm仍可正常纺纱,胶辊磨砺次数增加,使用寿命延长,生产成本降低;纺纱企业应根据生产实际,选用合适的输出胶辊,每台车上的胶辊直径应一致,且应根据胶辊直径变化调整其位置。

Application Effects of Output Cots of Compact Spinning Device HFJ

Abstract:In order to improve the application effects of compact spinning device HFJ,and extend the service life of its output cots,the functions of its drafting cots and output cots are introduced,and the hardness and diameter requirements of the output cots are elaborated.The quality indexes of color yarn trial spinning with different material,hardness and diameter output cots on compact ring spinning frame HFJ506 are compared,and the differences of experiment schemes are decided with the method of mathematical statistics.The results show that hardness and diameter of the output cots have no significant effects on the yarn quality.Non-guide yarn moving path compact spinning can broaden the range of choices of out cots,and spining can be normal even the diameter of out cots is 26 mm,and grinding times is increasing,service life is prolonging,production costs is reducing.The spinning enterprises should choose the appropriate output cots according to the actual production.The cots on each vehicle should have the same diameter,and their positions should be adjusted according to the variation of cots diameter.
