摘要:为了解决手压机压配假捻器轴承齿轮劳动强度大,加工效率及合格率低等问题,分析手压机和油压机压配时出现问题的原因,改进齿轮压配方法,设计制作新的齿轮压配工装,重点阐述新工装的结构、设计原理及使用方法。指出:新工装利用弹性装夹原理装夹齿轮和浮动装夹原理装夹假捻器轴承,具有结构合理、调整操作方便和加工效率高等优点;改进后的齿轮压配方法,避免压配过程中心轴弯曲和损伤轴承沟道,极大地降低操作工的劳动强度,压配效率是以前的4倍,产品合格率超过99%。

Improvement of the Method of Press Fitting and Toolingfor the Bearing Gear of the False Twister

Abstract:To solve the problems with the hand press such as high labor intensity,low efficiency and low percentage of pass in case of hand press-fit false twister bearing gear.Analysis is done to problems with both the hand press and hydraulic press,method of pressing fit is improved and a new gear press-fit tooling is introduced.Highlight is given to new tooling regarding the structure,design principle and method of use.It is pointed out that the new tooling takes advantages of elastic clamping principle to clamp gear and floating clamping principle to clamp false twister bearing,thus having the advantages of reasonable structure,convenient operation and adjustment as well as high processing efficiency;the improved gear press-fit method avoids center shaft bending and damage of bearing channel in press-fit process,which greatly reduces labor intensity,and press-fit efficiency is 4 times as before,the pass percentage of products amount to 99% or more.
