摘要:为了满足毛纺企业及纤维检测机构对羊毛、羊绒平均直径及长度的检测需求,并提高检测准确性及稳定性,介绍WF1型毛绒纤维大容量检测仪的图像采集原理、系统控制原理,以及载样片测量模式、毛条测量模式测量原理,分析国内外同类产品发展现状,对比WF1型毛绒纤维大容量检测仪及国内外同类产品的性能和测试数据。指出:WF1型毛绒纤维大容量检测仪市场占有率、品牌知名度等方面与Uster OFDA系列产品尚有一定差距,但随着技术水平、生产工艺和产品可靠性的日趋完善,该仪器性价比及检测效果会越来越好。

The Test Principles and Application Effects of the Fiber Tester WF1with Large Capacity for Wool and Cashmere

Abstract:To ensure the test requirements and improve inspection accuracy and stability for diameter and length of wool and cashmere for wool spinning enterprises and fiber inspection institutions,introductions are made to the principles of image acquisition,system control,and measurements in the sample measurement mode and the wool top measurement mode of the fiber tester WF1 with large capacity for wool and cashmere,and analysis are made on the current development situation of similar products both at home and abroad,including contrastive analysis of the performances and data testing of the fiber tester WF1 with large capacity for wool and cashmere and similar products.It is pointed out that there is some gap between the fiber tester WF1 with large capacity for wool and cashmere and products Uster OFDA series such as market shares and brand awareness and such,while the price performance ratios and detection effects of the fiber tester WF1 with large capacity for wool and cashmere will be better and better with the development of the technology,production processes and product reliability.
