纺纱生产线质量控制探讨

摘要：为了提升纱线质量，介绍质量控制目标，即防错号、防色差、防质量波动；重点从原料变化、设备变化、工艺变化、员工变化、品种变化、环境变化和管理变化等方面，详细阐述纺纱生产线质量控制的手段和方法。指出质量控制就是做好“三防”“三看”和“七控制”，其中“三防”是质量控制的目标，“三看”是质量控制的手段，“七控制”是质量控制的方法；同时应对生产线进行周期检查，专人负责，明确权限，逐级签字进行控制和管理。

Abstract:To improve yarn quality,introduction is done to the target of the quality control including cautions against fault counts,color difference,quality fluctuation.Highlighted discussion is made upon the means and methods of quality control from changing raw materials,equipments,processes,employees，products,environments and management.It is pointed out that the quality control includes“three preventions”“three observations”and“seven controls”.The“three preventions”being the target,and the“three observations”being the means,and the“seven controls”being the method.Regular checkup should be done to the production line by the responsible person with clear authorities with different administration signatures for control and management.
