摘要：针对不同的气候环境和加工形式对棉花杂质种类和数量的影响,分析不同杂质对棉纱和织物的影响；阐述减少异纤、带纤维籽屑的方法,尤其是通过原棉杂质定等分级来控制纺纱疵点的方法。指出：原棉中杂质不应仅有百分含量控制的标准,还应有原棉中有害性杂质数量的控制指标,应从棉花采摘到加工、检验进行全程控制。

The Causes of Impurities in Raw Cotton and the Quality of Cotton Yarn and Fabric

Abstract:According to the influence of different climate environment and processing forms on the types and quantities of cotton impurities,the influence of different impurities on cotton yarn and fabric are analyzed.The methods to reduce the foreign fiber and the seed chips with fiber are described,especially the method to control the spinning defects by grading and classification the impurities of raw cotton.It is pointed out that the control standard of impurities in raw cotton should not only be limited to percentage content,but also have the control index for the quantity of harmful impurities in raw cotton,and the whole process should be controlled from cotton picking to processing and inspection.
