异经异纬三层织物的设计与生产

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the small jacquard loom can not weave heavy fabrics and the requirements of the thickness and wear resistance of fabric,the application prospect of three-layer fabric is introduced,and the design idea of three-layer fabric with different warp and different weft is put forward.The quality index of warp and weft selection for three-layer fabric are discussed,and the problems and key technologies in the weaving process of three-layer fabric from warping,sizing,drafting and reeding,weaving and other processes are discussed.It is pointed out that CJ 14.6 tex yarn is selected for the upper and lower layers and C/grey bamboo carbon 50/50 14.6 tex yarn is selected for the middle layer of the three-layer fabric with different warp and different weft.Three layers are plain weave,and the three layers of fabric are connected by dislocation joint piont,lower layer joint middle layer and middle layer joint upper layer.The fabric not only has good moisture absorption and air permeability of cotton fiber,but also has the unique antibacterial function of grey bamboo carbon fiber,and it has broad application prospects in mask,hemostatic bandage,infant clothing and so on.
