新型复合涂层金属针布设计及应用

摘要:为了满足高速高质量纺纱需求,分析影响金属针布梳理效果的因素,通过优选金属针布材质、齿条齿型、优化齿尖几何尺寸、进行锥齿化处理和复合涂层处理等方法,开发出具有硬度高、表面粗糙度Ra值小、使用周期长、防腐蚀性能高以及免维护等特点的新型复合涂层金属针布齿条;以纺OE T 28.1 tex,CJ 14.6 tex和R 11.8 tex纱为例,对比分析普通金属针布与新型复合涂层金属针布成纱质量及磨损情况。指出:新型复合涂层金属针布齿条齿部硬度比普通齿条提高了20%~30%,表面粗糙度Ra值达0.06 μm,齿顶宽较普通金属针布齿条减小约60%,具有耐磨性好、棉结清除率高、短绒增长率低、使用寿命长、适纺范围广等优势。

Design and Application of New Composite Coating MCC

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of high speed and high quality spinning,the factors affecting the carding effect of MCC are analyzed,and a new composite coating MCC rack with high hardness,low Ra value of surface roughness,long service life,high corrosion resistance and maintenance-free is developed by optimizing the material,rack tooth profile,the geometry of tooth tip,tapered teeth treatment and composite coating treatment of MCC.Taking OE T 28.1 tex yarn,CJ 14.6 tex yarn and R 11.8 tex yarn as examples,the yarn quality and wear of common and new composite coating MCC are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the hardness of the new composite coating MCC rack is increased by 20%~30% compared with the common rack,the surface roughness Ra is 0.06 μm,the tooth width is reduced by about 60% compared with common MCC rack,and it has the advantages of good wear resistance,high clearance rate of cotton knots,low growth rate of short fibers,long service life and wide range of suitable spinning.
