细小纱疵的控制措施

  Abstract:In order to meet the high quality requirements of customers for fabrics,and effectively reduce fine yarn defects and improve product quality,the classification and characteristics of fine yarn defects are described in detail.The fundamental causes of yarn defects forming are discussed.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of fine yarn defects,the control measures are put forward.It is pointed out that the fine yarn defects can be divided into frequent and occasional defects,and have the characteristics of short length,small volume,many influencing factors,difficult to control,easy to repetition and hysteresis.The results show that the fundamental causes of yarn defects are the differences in fiber’s “three degrees”,arrangement of fiber’s number and proportion of fiber’s composition in different parts of sliver,and unexpected composition.The mechanism of fine yarn defects forming is that the fiber is “short,impurity,injury,disorder,lost,floating and scraping”.In order to control fine yarn defects,the comprehensive measures should be taken from five basic management details of raw materials,process configuration,equipment status,operation and use of air conditioner,and the quality control standards should be established according to the actual situation of enterprises and customer requirements to carry out targeted research.
