纺天丝纤维用胶辊胶圈常见问题探讨

  Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality of Tencel fiber,the performance characteristics of Tencel fiber,and the selection of hardness and surface roughness Ra value and the management of service life of cots and aprons are introduced.Analysis is done to the causes of problems such as swelling of cots,high thin places of yarn,gush of roving ends when driving again after doffing,and non-treatment cots using with “black mark”when spinning Tencel yarn in textile enterprises.Combining with the comparison of spinning quality indexes,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It is pointed out that the selection of cots and aprons,the selection of surface treatment methods and the management of cots and aprons for spinning Tencel fiber should be analyzed and treated according to the specific conditions,and only in the use of the process of exploration and summary,can the functions of cots and aprons be fully developed.
