棉精梳机胶辊的应用与维护

Abstract:In order to stabilize and improve the spinning quality of cotton combed semi-finished products,the performance characteristics of drafting cots,separating cots and guiding cots of cotton comber are introduced,analysis is done to the cot manufacture,grinding,surface treatment methods and maintenance,and the matters needing attention of cycle management and daily management.The temperature and humidity control of cotton combing process and measures to reduce the entanglement of cots are put forward.It is pointed out that the type and hardness of cots should be reasonably selected according to the characteristics of raw materials and spinning varieties,and the clearer roller should keep clean and the temperature and humidity should be reasonable,in this way,the cots can run in good condition and reduce the entanglement.It is very important to strengthen the maintenance and management of cots in strict accordance with the technical requirements of cots for cotton comber,which plays an important role in improving the spinning quality of semi-finished products and reducing the end breakage in the following process.By analyzing the causes of the problems in the production process,the function of cots in cotton combing process can be brought into full play,so as to steadily improve the spinning quality of combed semi-finished products.
