略谈集聚纺纱毛羽的控制

摘要:为减少纱线毛羽,介绍成纱毛羽的概念与危害,以及负压式集聚纺纱原理,通过对比采用不同后区牵伸倍数、集聚纺纱负压、温湿度、网格圈、导纱钩、钢丝圈及三同轴度纺不同品种集聚纺纱线的毛羽数量,分析纺纱工艺及纺纱器材对纱线毛羽的影响,阐述设备的日常保养维护、工艺调整和运转管理要点。指出:集聚纺纱装置的应用能显著减少3 mm及以上有害毛羽,但实际生产中应考虑原料性能、纱线质量、工艺参数、纺纱器材状态等影响因素,做好温湿度控制及设备日常使用和维护,才能达到改善成纱品质的目的。

A Brief Discussion on Control of Yarn Hairiness in Compact Spinning

Abstract:In order to reduce yarn hairiness,the concept and harmfulness of yarn hairiness and the principle of negative pressure compact spinning are introduced,the hairiness of different kinds of compact spinning with different back-zone draft multiple,negative pressure,temperature and humidity,lattice apron,yarn guide hook,travelers and three coaxial degree are compared,and the influence of spinning process and spinning accessories on yarn hairiness are analyzed.The key points of daily maintenance,process adjustment and operation management of the equipments are described.It is pointed out that the application of compact spinning device can significantly reduce the harmful hairiness with the length 3 mm and above.In the actual production,we should consider the influence factors such as raw material performance,yarn quality,process parameters and spinning accessories status,and do a good job in temperature and humidity control and equipment daily use and maintenance,so as to achieve the purpose of improving yarn quality.
