提高单根集聚纺纺纱效率的新方法

为了提高单根集聚纺纺纱效率,介绍集聚纺纺纱原理及赛络集聚纺机台改纺单根集聚纺纺纱存在的问题,创新单根集聚纺纺纱方法;通过对比纺纱方法创新前后的纺纱指标,分析创新方法的纺纱效果

摘要:为了提高单根集聚纺纺纱效率,介绍集聚纺纺纱原理及赛络集聚纺机台改纺单根集聚纺纺纱存在的问题,创新单根集聚纺纺纱方法;通过对比纺纱方法创新前后的纺纱指标,分析创新方法的纺纱效果、优势和管理要求。指出:单根集聚纺纺纱新方法,直接用双槽集聚纺装置纺纱,无需更换负压管或负压片,节省改纺停台时间,纺纱指标稳定,生产效率和产量有所提高;用好新方法,需要不断探索新器材专件、工艺的应用,及时总结经验、完善单根集聚纺纺纱制度并做好落实和检查。

A New Method to Improve Spinning Efficiency of Single Compact Spinning

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning efficiency of single compact spinning,the principle of compact spinning and the problems of siro-compact spinning frame changing into single compact spinning are introduced,and the spinning method of single compact spinning is innovated.Through comparing the spinning indexes before and after the innovation of spinning methods,the spinning effect,advantages and management requirements of the innovation methods are analyzed.It is pointed out that the new method of single compact spinning can directly spinning with double groove compact spinning device without replacing the negative pressure tube or negative pressure sheet,which can save the stop time of spinning modification,stabilize the spinning indexes and improve the production efficiency and output.To make good use of the new methods,we need to constantly explore the application of new accessories,parts and technology,timely summarize the experience,improve the system of single compact spinning and do a good job in the implementation and inspection.
