摘要:为避免人工测量棉结、短绒含量的误差,合理控制细纱工序前的棉结和短绒以改善成纱质量,介绍XJ129PRO型棉结短绒测试仪2个分机的组成、工作原理及性能特点,以实际纺纱案例说明测试仪在梳棉、精梳工序的应用,剖析利用测试数据有效控制棉结和短绒含量的措施。结果表明:该测试仪可测试原棉和棉条的棉结、有效长度及短绒率等数据,具有测试速度快、取样量大的优点,可更好地代替人工测试;能将所有梳棉机在同时段的棉结数量形成图表,分析对比机台间的棉结差异,给出棉结控制红线;通过测试仪监控各工序棉结、短绒含量,可帮助技术人员解决设备差异、有效提高生产效益。

Principle and Application of the Neps & Short-staple Tester XJ129PRO

Abstract:In order to avoid error in manual measuring the content of neps and short-staple,neps and short-staple before spinning process are reasonably controlled to improve yarn quality,introduction is made to the composition,working principle and performance characteristics of the 2 extension of the neps & short-staple tester XJ129PRO.Application of the tester in carding and combing process are illustrated according to actual spinning cases,and effective measures to control the content of neps and short-staple are put forward after analyzing test datas.The results show that the tester can be used to test indexs such as neps,effective length and short-staple rate of raw cotton and sliver,which has the advantages of fast testing speed and large sampling quantity,and can better replace manual testing.The tester can chart the number of neps of all carding machines at the same time,analyze and compare the difference of neps among card machines,and give the control red line of neps.Monitoring the content of neps and short-staple in each process through the tester can help technicians to solve equipment differences and effectively improve production efficiency.
