精梳落棉率控制和成纱质量的关系

为了保证成纱质量、降低精梳落棉率,从纱线档次的界定、纱线质量指标变化的关系、影响因素方面分析精梳落棉率的控制水平;通过改变精梳落棉率,调整给棉方式、小卷定量、锡林齿面圆心

摘要:为了保证成纱质量、降低精梳落棉率,从纱线档次的界定、纱线质量指标变化的关系、影响因素方面分析精梳落棉率的控制水平;通过改变精梳落棉率,调整给棉方式、小卷定量、锡林齿面圆心角等16方面的纺纱试验对比,探讨精梳落棉率对成纱质量指标的影响;从生产工艺管控、保持精梳工艺的一致性和梳理器材的调整方面分析精梳落棉率的控制措施。指出:精梳落棉率与成纱质量指标并非简单的线性关系,应针对不同的质量要求合理制定精梳落棉率的内控指标;大小卷合理搭配使用,有效控制落棉台差和眼差,清除锡林和顶梳嵌花,优化配置锡林和顶梳齿密,合理缩小锡林梳理隔距,保持精梳工艺的一致性,采用高速度、重定量、低落棉、前进给棉长度为4.7 mm的工艺配置,是降低生产成本、提高成纱质量的有效途径。

Relationship Between Noil Rate Control of Combing and Yarn Quality

Abstract:In order to guarantee yarn quality and reduce noil rate of combing,the control level of noil rate of combing is analyzed in terms of the definition of yarn grade,the relationship between the change of yarn quality indexes,and and the influencing factors.The influence of noil rate of combing on the quality indexes of yarn is discussed by comparing the spinning experiments in 16 aspects such as changing the noil rate,adjusting the feeding mode,the quantity of small volume and the central angle of cylinder tooth surface.The control measures of noil rate of combing are analyzed from the aspects of production process control,the consistency of combing process and the adjustment of combing accesssories.It is pointed out that there is not a simple linear relationship between the noil rate of combing and the yarn quality indexes,so the internal control indexes of noil rate of combing should be established reasonably according to different quality requirements. Reasonable use of size rolls,effective control of falling stage and eye difference,removal of cylinder and top comb flower,optimized configuration of teeth dense of cylinder and top comb,reasonable reduction of cylinder gauge,maintaining the consistency of combing processes,adopting the process configuration of high speed,heavy ration and low noil,and forward feed length of 4.7 mm,which are effective ways to reduce production costs and improve yarn quality.
