并条胶辊轴承免维护轴套的应用实践

摘要:为了解决胶辊轴承轴套损坏,导致胶辊表面温度高、润滑油易外溢,且轴头与轴套内滚针易磨损等问题,设计新型免维护轴套,防漏油,轴头与轴承内圈采用锥度结合,更加严密,摩擦阻力更小;阐述其结构特点、使用效果和技术亮点,对比分析其与原轴套的外壁温度和成纱质量指标。指出:胶辊跳动是由胶辊轴承轴头与轴套中滚针磨损、轴套内缺油等原因造成;免维护轴套减少了心轴与轴套的磨损,降低消耗,杜绝了润滑油脂外溢污染熟条的问题,胶辊温升降低,熟条条干水平好,省工省时省润滑脂,纺纱质量稳定,满足并条机高速高效的要求。

Application Practice of Maintenance-free Sleeve for Drawing Cot Bearing

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as the cot bearing sleeve damage resulting in high surface temperature of cots and lubricating oil easy to overflow,and the bearing head and the bearing sleeve needle easy to wear,a new maintenance-free sleeve without oil leakage are designed,and bearing head and bearing inner ring adopts taper combination,more tight,less friction resistance.The structure characteristics,application effects and technical highlights of the cot bearing are described.The outer wall temperature and yarn quality indexes of the original cots sleeve and the new one are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the jumping of cots is caused by the wear of the cot bearing head and the needle and the lack of oil in the sleeve.Maintation-free sleeve can reduce the wear of the spindle and sleeve,decrease the consumption,eliminate the problem of strips are polluted by lubrication grease overflow,reduce the temperature rise of cots,have good level of strip,save  labour,time and grease,stable spinning quality,meet the requirements of high-speed and efficient drawing machine.
