水刺喷水板材料要求及失效分析

摘要：针对喷水板使用过程中产生永久性塑性变形和因清洗方法不当造成损伤的问题，对制造喷水板材料的机械性能进行了分析对比，重点讨论了喷水板产生失效的原因，并提出了选择制造喷水板材料的原则，即喷水板制作时应选择硬度大于380 HV的不锈钢材料或硬度大于360 HV的高铍青铜材料。

  Abstract:As to the problems of the permanent plastic deformation of the spunlace strip in the application and of itsfailure due to improper cleaning，contrast analysis is done to the material of the spunlace strip regarding thematerial performance.Highlight is given to the cause of the failure of the spunlace strip and some suggestionsaregiven as to the selection of the material making the spunlace strip.
