摘要:为了全面判定和控制纺织品的质量及指标,介绍检测技术存在的问题、分类,及在线检测与离线检测的定义,从特点、应用范围、检测分析手段、环境差异、用工及投入5方面对比在线检测与离线检测的性能;通过实例,以优化电清参数、前纺各工序正交试验找寻生产BCJ 14.6 tex K品种短粗节产生的原因,利用络筒在线检测短粗节数量对其进行调整,并预测检测技术的发展方向。指出:用好在线检测技术是纺企提高产品质量的有效途径;现代检测技术应朝精度高、容量大、测试速度快及智能化、网络化、低成本方向发展;集数据检测、采集、分析于一体的新型质量管理网络系统是棉纺织质量检测的发展方向。

Application of Detection Technology in Cotton Spinning Production

Abstract:In order to comprehensively determine and control the quality and indexes of textiles,introduction is made to the existing problems,classification, definition of on-line detection and off-line detection of detection technology.The performance of on-line detection and off-line detection is compared from five aspects:characteristics,application scope,detection and analysis method, environmental differences,labor and investment.The causes of short slub of BCJ 14.6 tex K are found by optimizing the parameters of electric cleaning and orthogonal test of each process of fore-spinning through the practical examples,and adjusting the number of short slub by on-line detection of winding,and the development direction of detection technology is predicted.It is pointed out that good use of on-line detection technology is an effective way for textile enterprises to improve product quality,and the development direction of modern detection technology is high precision,large capacity,fast detection speed,intellectualization,networking and low costs.The new network system of quality management integrates data detection,collection and analysis,which is the development direction of quality detection in cotton spinning.
