竹棉混纺6层织物的生产实践

摘要：为适应人们对服装面料的新需求，解决传统小提花喷气织机无法织造6层织物的问题，介绍一种竹棉混纺6层织物的开发、设计与生产过程，分析其经、纬纱选择和织物组织结构等工艺参数的设计，并从整经、浆纱、穿综、穿筘、织造等工序分析织物的生产过程及关键技术难题。指出：竹棉混纺6层织物的生产增加了小提花织机品种的多样性，开发的关键在于织造出良好的布面风格；通过设计6层织物均为平纹组织，第1，6层织物每隔80根纱需经、纬向各交织1次，以固定各层及防止第2，3，4，5层织物因无交织点而发生分层；使织物兼具棉和竹纤维的优点，并具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、抗菌及贴身穿着舒适等优点，在婴幼儿用品市场、医用品市场的应用前景广阔。

Abstract:In order to meet the new requirements of fabric，and solve the problem that  6-layer fabric can’t be weaved with the traditional small jacquard air-jet loom，the development，design and production process of 6-layer bamboo and cotton blended fabric is introduced，and the selection of warp and weft yarn and the design of the process parameters such as fabric structure are analyzed，and weaving processes such as warping，slashing，drafting，reeding and weaving and key technical  problems are analyzed.It is pointed out that the production of the 6-layer bamboo and cotton blended fabric increases the fabric variety of small jacquard looms，and the key to development is to weave a good cloth style.The 6-layer of fabric is plain weave，and the first and sixth layers of fabrics need to be interwoven in warp and weft direction every 80 yarns so as to fix each layer and prevent the second，third，fourth and fifth layers of fabrics from being layered without interleaving point.The fabric has the advantages of cotton and bamboo fiber，such as good moisture absorption，air permeability，anti-bacterial，intimate comfort and so on.The fabric has a broad application prospect in infant and medical products market.
