摘要:为了解决CKA6136型数控车床加工R 1.5 mm倒角及5×5°圆锥面时遇到的技术难题,详细介绍该车床自动上、下料机构的方案设计、动作流程设计、机构模拟设计及零件设计,通过实际应用表明,改造后车床全自动上、下料机构单人单台加工耗时虽然由16.5 s/件增至27.5 s/件,但可一次性上料24件,且1人可同时操作4台以上设备,人工成本、劳动难度大幅降低。指出:改进的CKA6136/750型数控车床全自动上、下料机构,通过M指令及其延时功能替代到位信号反馈,线路简化、机构精简,技术含量适中,可拓展性强,能提高生产效率、节约人工成本;应逐步优化M指令时间控制实现精准控制。

Reform of Automatic Feeding and Unloading Mechanism of the CNC Lathe CKA6136

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problems of the CNC lathe CKA6136 in processing R 1.5 mm chamfer and 5×5° conical  surface,scheme design,action flow design,mechanism simulation design and parts design of automatic feeding and unloading mechanism of CNC lathe CKA6136 are introduced in detail.Practical application shows that the processing time for one person and one lathe of the reformed automatic feeding and unloading mechanism of lathe increases from 16.5 seconds per piece to 27.5 seconds per piece,but 24 pieces can be fed one-time,and one person can operate more than four lathes at the same time,so labor costs and labor difficulty greatly reduced.It is pointed out that the reformed automatic feeding and unloading mechanism of the CNC lathe CKA6136/750 substitute M instruction and delay function for the signal feedback in place,and the line is simplified,the mechanism is simple,the technical content is moderate,the extensibility is strong.It can improve production efficiency,save labor costs.Precise control should be achieved gradually through time control of M instruction.
