组合式钢针锡林与锯齿式整体锡林性能探讨

摘要:为提高棉精梳机组合式钢针锡林的应用效果,介绍其结构及技术发展现状;将总针(齿)数为20 000枚、30 000枚、针距为0.3 mm的钢针锡林与锯齿式整体锡林进行精梳小卷、精梳条、精梳落棉、棉结和细纱强力的试纺对比。结果表明:针密越小,组合式钢针精梳锡林落棉率低,棉结、短绒排除率小;钢针锡林的针密、针距对纤维握持力的影响较大,应合理选取以更好达到去除棉杂、减少棉结的效果;钢针锡林比锯齿式整体锡林在落棉率、纱线强力方面效果突出。

Discussion on Performance of Modular Pin Cylinder and Integral Tooth-like Cylinder

Abstract:To improve the application effect of modular pin cylinder in cotton comber,its structure and technical development status are introduced.Combing coil,combed sliver,combing noil,nep and yarn strength are tested by using modular pin cylinder with total teeth of 20 000 and 30 000 with spacing of 0.3 mm in contrast with integral tooth-like cylinder.The results show that the smaller the pin density, the lower the noil rate of modular pin cylinder,and the smaller the neps and short staple removal rate.The density and the spacing of pin cylinder have a greater impact on the fibre grip force,thus being reasonably selected to achieve better effect of removing cotton impurities and reducing neps.Pin cylinder is better than integral tooth-like cylinder,in terms of noil rate and yarn strength.
