摘要:在《纺织器材专件智能化的基础——纺织生产流程在线检测、质量数据挖掘和工艺参数优化》一文的基础上,从纺织学科和其他学科在纺织智能化的不同作用入手,说明器材专件的智能化体现在与传感器或者芯片相结合和本身具有智能功能上;分析了传统纺织加工制造业中人的作用,对纺织用传感器的发展以及深度学习的应用提出展望。指出:智能化的重点是替代人的体力和脑力劳动;利用深度学习找到纺织人的“经验”特征将是纺织加工制造中参数优化和器材专件智能化的重要途径。

Reconsideration on the Foundation of Intellectualization of the Accessories and Parts Including On-line Detection of Textile Production Process,Quality Data Mining and Process Parameters Optimization

Abstract:On the basis of The Foundation of the Intellectualization of the Textile Accessories and Parts Including On-line Detection of Textile Production Process,Quality Data Mining and Process Parameters Optimization,this paper explains the essentials of the intellectualized accessories and parts from the different roles of textile and other sciences in textile intellectualization,which is an actual integration of sensors and chips characterized as intellectualization. Analysis is done to the role of man in the traditional textile processing and manufacturing industry.The development of textile sensors and the application of in-depth learning are prospected.It is pointed out that the key of intellectualize- tion is to replace man’s physical and mental strength.It is proposed that using in-depth learning to find out the characteristics of textile man’s “experience” will be an important way to optimize data and intellectualized accessories and parts of textile manufacturing.
