摘要:为了解决分梳龙带轴承心轴出现裂纹导致轴承失效的问题,通过显微镜观察裂纹形态,分析原材料裂纹、零件毛坯车削刀花裂纹及加工尖角裂纹、淬火裂纹和磨削裂纹产生原因及控制方法,并对HQY3039E型分梳龙带轴承制造提出针对性整改措施。指出:分梳龙带轴承心轴A处为磨削裂纹,B处为淬火裂纹;严格控制原材料与毛坯件采购、热处理工艺,优化产品结构设计与加工余量,提高粗加工质量、增加消除应力退火和磨削加工控制等措施,能使心轴裂纹得到有效控制,极大地提高了轴承制造合格率。

Causes of and Caution against Cracks in Tubular Mandrel of the Bearing of Tangential Belts

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of bearing failure from cracks in the mandrel of the bearing of the tangential belts,through the observation of the crack mor-
phology with microscope,analysis is done to the causes and control methods of raw material cracks,blank turning cracks,point cracks in machining,quenching cracks and grinding cracks.Targeted corrective measures are given to the manufacturing process of the bearing of the tangential belts HQY3039E.It is pointed out that grinding cracks are found in the point A and quenching cracks are found in the point B on the mandrel of the bearing of the tangential belts,and the cracks can be effectively controlled by strictly controlling the purchasing and heat treatment of raw materials and blanks,optimizing the product structure design and machining allowance,improving the rough-cut quality,increasing stress relief annealing and grinding control.The qualified rate of bearing manufacturing is significantly improved.
