为了控制布面横档,分析造成布面横档的原因,通过采用标准光源对色灯箱对比法或色差仪检测法初步判断布面横档与纱线有关,采用物理试验法检测纱线的质(重)量、条干、捻度和毛羽指标

摘要:为了控制布面横档,分析造成布面横档的原因,通过采用标准光源对色灯箱对比法或色差仪检测法初步判断布面横档与纱线有关,采用物理试验法检测纱线的质(重)量、条干、捻度和毛羽指标,采用化学溶解法确认纱线的混纺比及纤维混合均匀度指标,采用纤维还原法确认纤维物理特性差异,采用剥色还原法确认纤维吸色性能差异或印染不良等,提出控制成纱质(重)量CV值、成纱条干CV值和CVb值、成纱捻度不匀率及成纱毛羽的措施。表明:确保各种纤维混合的均匀性和一致性,是有效控制布面横档的常见措施;布面横档分析与控制是系统工程,应逐步分析排除,针对性采取措施。

The Cause and Control of the Fabric Filling Bar Resulting from Yarn

Abstract:In order to control the fabric filling bar,the causes of the filling bar are analyzed.The standard light source is used to compare the color light box or the color difference meter to determine whether the yarn is related or not.The weight,evenness,twist and hairiness index of yarn are measured by physical tests.The yarn blending ratio and fiber blending uniformity are determined by chemical dissolution.The difference of fiber physical characteristics are confirmed by fiber reduction.The difference of color absorbing performance or poor printing and dyeing are confirmed by stripping and reduction method.Based on the above measures,the measures to control the yarn weight CV,yarn evenness CV and CVb,twist irregularity and yarn hairiness are proposed.It is pointed out that ensuring the uniformity and consistency of the fiber blending is a common measure to control the filling bar effectively.The analysis and control of the filling bar are systemmatic enginee-
ring,which should be analyzed and eliminated step by step,and specific measures should be taken accordingly.
