从棉纺设备的选型谈纺机行业的发展

摘要：为了适应纺织行业“四高一新”的局面，优选纺机设备，提高使用性能，促进技术进步，以鲁泰纺织为例，在分享纺织设备选型及应用等方面经验的基础上，分析探讨我国纺织机械发展空间大、潜力大的前景，并提出对我国棉纺设备的思考与建议。指出：棉纺设备的选型要与企业的产品定位、产品结构、品质要求、企业文化理念和未来发展相结合，综合考虑设备性能、能耗、操作、价格等因素；智能化、自动化、高产、高速等是未来纺机的发展方向；制造企业应向制造服务型升级，为客户提供整体解决方案和个性化设计，棉纺企业应做主流开发，看准方向，把握机遇，建立“以人为本”的创新理念。

Abstract: In order to adapt to the situation of“four high and one new”in the textile industry,optimize the textile machinery equipment,improve the equipment perform-
ance and promote technological progress,taking Luthai as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the prospects of China’s textile machinery with great development space and great potential on the basis of sharing experience in the selection and application of textile equipment.Some suggestions and pondering are put forward for China’s Cotton spinning equipment.It is pointed out that the selection of cotton spinning equipment should be combined with product position,
product structure,quality requirements,cultural concept and future development of the enterprise,and the factors such as equipment performance,energy consumption,
operation and price should be considered comprehensively.The future directions of the textile machinery should be oriented with production，intellectualization,a-
utomation high intelligent and high speed.Manufacturing enterprises should switch themselves to tech-service upgrading to provide customers with a comprehensive solution and personalized design.Cotton spinning enterprises should do mainstream development，focus on the direction,seize the opportunity，and establish the innovation concept of“people-orientation”.
