WRC-TH65型铝衬管胶辊纺纱实践

摘要：为了用好新型耐磨WRC-TH65型铝衬管胶辊，介绍该胶辊的抗静电、抗粘附、抗磨损等特性，分析其轴承清洗、套制、粗细磨、表面处理、加油补油、存放、上车等制作与维护要点；通过在山东、河南、江苏等地企业的应用实例，证明WRC-TH65型铝衬管胶辊纺纱效果及耐磨性能良好。指出：WRC-TH65型铝衬管胶辊具有良好的抗静电性、抗缠绕性、耐磨性，适应现代纺纱形式及工艺、品种要求。

Abstract:In order to make good use of the new wear-resistant alu-lined cot WRC-TH65,introduction is made to the characteristics of the alu-lined cot WRC-TH65 including antistatic,anti-adhesion and wear resistance,analysis is made to the main points of manufacture and maintenance of the alu-lined cot WRC-TH65 such as bearing cleaning,telescoping,coarse and fine grinding,surface treatment,oil refilling, storage and commissioning.It is proved that alu-lined cots WRC-TH65 have good spinning effect and wear resistance by examples of enterprise applications in Shandong,Henan,Jiangsu and so on.It is pointed out that the alu-lined cot WRC-TH65 is of good antistatic,anti-entangling and wear resistance,and are suitable for modern spinning technology and variety requirements.
