FA227型梳棉机应用双齿型锡林金属针布的生产实践

摘要：为充分发挥梳棉机功效，提高对纤维的梳理质量，介绍AC2040×01850D-11型双齿型锡林金属针布齿条的设计特点，并在FA227型梳棉机上分别以相同工艺和不同工艺纺R/C 70/30 18.4 tex KS品种，其生条和成纱质量对比结果表明，应用该双齿型锡林金属针布可改善棉结，且能更好适应高速、高产要求。指出：AC2040×01850D-11型双齿型锡林金属针布打破利用齿尖形态增强握持和梳理的理念，其握持梳理、释放转移的梳理效果及成纱质量好，产能可以提高20%～30%，性价比高且更适应清梳联设备。

Abstract:In order to give full play to the function of carding machine and improve the carding quality,introduction is made to the design features of the double toothed cylinder wire AC2040×01850D-11,and the varieties of R/C 70/30 18.4 tex KS were spun with the same process and different processes with the carding machine FA227.The result of the quality comparison between the raw and resultant yarn shows that the MCC of double toothed cylinder can improve the neps，and adapt to high speed and high yield.It is pointed out that the MCC of double toothed cylinder AC2040×01850D-11 exploded the idea of using tooth tip shape to enhance griping and carding force.The gripping carding and releasing transfering of the carding effect and the yarn quality are good,and the production capacity can be increased by 20% to 30%,high cost performance fits better blowing-carding combination.
