陕西省纺织器材标准化公共服务平台的设计与开发

摘要：针对现有标准化服务平台或对具体行业标准及进展动态报告不详细，或内容较宽泛、繁杂，专业性不强，或侧重点不同等缺陷，提出陕西省纺织器材标准化公共服务平台的建设构想；详细介绍平台的总体设计和功能模块，从标准化研究中心和平台门户网站两个方面对平台功能的实现及应用进行阐述。指出，陕西省纺织器材标准化公共服务平台软件系统主要包括基础软硬件平台层、数据库层、应用层及用户层，功能模块包括标准研究平台、标准数据平台、标准化公共服务平台3个子平台以及1个网络支撑平台；平台以网络化无障碍式服务为核心，将纺织器材标准相关资源整合、加工、利用，各平台相互协同作用，实现纺织器材标准资源共享；平台通过整合纺织器材行业科技资源，创新标准研究的方式方法，发挥标准化服务在创建新兴产业和新兴产品中的作用，推动纺织器材技术创新及行业发展。

Abstract:As to the problems with the running standard service platform such as inexhaustive information on specific industry standards or the dynamic progress report about the industry,or multifarious content without research focus and similar problems,idea is given as the construction of the public service platform for standardization of shaanxi textile accessories.Comprehensive introduction is made to the platform as to the overall design and function module including the standard research center and platform portal web regarding the function realization and the application.It is pointed out that the public service platform for standardization of shaanxi textile accessories mainly includes basic software and hardware,database,application and users.The function module includes 3 sub platforms of standard research,standard data,and standardization of public service plus one network platform with network accessible service as the core,making the standard resources integrated,processed and ultilized in a coordianted way to share the information within the industry.Through the integration of science and technology resources of textile accessories industry with a innovated method of standard study,the aim of the constrcution of the platform is to fully play the role of standardized service in the creation of new industries and emerging products,promoting the textile equipment technology the innovation and development of the industry.
