摘要:为控制并减少细纱断头,从纺纱产量、产品质量、劳动生产率、用棉量等方面阐述了细纱断头与纺纱的关系,详细介绍细纱断头考量指标的计算、考量水平以及断头检测方法和细纱单锭断头在线检测系统的应用。指出:细纱断头对纺纱产质量、劳动生产率、用棉量等有影响;传统人工检测断头方法周期长、信息量不足,不利于异常纱锭的监控和消除;单锭在线检测系统能有效、即时显示异常锭位及断头、产量、效率、回花率、锭速等数据;建议研制适合我国生产实际、功能更好的在线检测断头系统。

The Innovation and Development of Yarn Breakage Detection

Abstract:To control and reduce broken ends,the relationship is described between the yarn breakage and spinning process from yarn production,product quality,productivity, and cotton consumption.Comprehensive introduction is made to the examination index calculation and the examination level and the detection method of the yarn breakage as well as the application of the on-line single spindle testing system.It is pointed out that yarn breakage is close to production quality, productivity and cotton consumption and such.The traditional artificial detection is of long cycle,little information,which is not conducive to the monitoring and controling of abnormal spindles.The on-line single spindle detection system can effectively and real-time display abnormal spindle including breakage, production, effiency,lint rate and spindle speed.It is suggested that development of on-line detection system needed in conformity with China production practice.
