浅谈集聚纺与赛络集聚纺用胶辊的合理搭配

摘要：为了保证集聚纺与赛络集聚纺的成纱质量，延长其胶辊使用寿命、减轻企业经济压力，分析胶辊损伤的原因，提出调换集聚纺与赛络集聚纺胶辊、前上胶辊与控制胶辊的解决方案及质量控制措施。指出：集聚纺与赛络集聚纺胶辊使用30 d起凹痕后调换使用，其圆度和纺纱效果优于新制作胶辊；同机台前上胶辊与控制胶辊调换使用10 d后，压痕恢复。通过试验数据分析，该方案切实可行，既保证了成纱质量又延长了胶辊使用寿命。

  Abstract:In order to stabilize the quality of Compact spinning and Siro-compact Spinning and to prolong the service life of the cot,analysis is done to the cause of the cot damage.A solution is found as to exchanging cots of compact spinning and siro-compact spinning,the front top cot and the control cot for quality control.It is pointed out that cots of compact spinning and siro-compact spinning will produce indentation after 30 days service.However,when the cots with indentation are exchanged the spinning performance will be better than the new products.On the same frame,indentation on the exchanged cots will disappear 10 days later.It proves that the solution works,consequently spinning quality is assured and service life of cots prolonged.
